End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: 01.07.2025
Plugin Name: CashToCode Payment Gateway Plugin for Woocommerce (“the Plugin”)
Licensor: G l o w  P r o d u c t i o n s  s . r . o ., registered in the Czech Republic
Licensee: The individual or entity purchasing or using the Plugin

1. Grant of License
G l o w  P r o d u c t i o n s  s . r . o . grants you (“Licensee”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Plugin on one (1) production domain and one (1) development or staging subdomain, per license purchased. Each production website requires its own valid license key.

2. Permitted Use
– Use on one live domain (e.g., example.com)
– Use on one development subdomain (e.g., dev.example.com or staging.example.com)
– Use only by the Licensee or their direct employees/contractors for internal purposes
– Use in compliance with this EULA and local laws

3. Prohibited Actions
Licensee shall not:
– Distribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin to any third party
– Share or disclose license keys outside of the authorized project
– Install the Plugin on more domains than licensed
– Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass license validation
– Use the Plugin in violation of Czech, EU, or international law

4. License Duration and Support
This license is perpetual unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If purchased with support, it includes 12 months of support and updates.
After 12 months, support and update access requires renewal unless a support-free license was purchased.

5. License Breach & Penalties
If the Licensee violates the terms of this Agreement, including unauthorized installations, distribution, or license key sharing, Glow Productions s.r.o. will take the following actions based on the severity and intent of the breach:
A. Accidental Overuse
– If the Plugin is installed on more domains than licensed, and there is no evidence of intentional misuse:
• Under 6 months: Licensee must purchase the required number of licenses retroactively.
• 6–12 months: Licensee must pay 2× the standard license fee per unauthorized installation.
• Over 12 months: Licensee must pay 4× the standard license fee per unauthorized installation.
Glow Productions s.r.o. reserves the right to disable support and updates until the matter is resolved.

B. Intentional Breach
– Redistribution, resale, license sharing, reverse engineering, or circumvention of license validation will result in a fixed penalty of €1,000 EUR per violation. G l o w  P r o d u c t i o n s  s . r . o . may terminate the license, revoke support and updates, and pursue legal action. Licensee will be responsible for all enforcement and legal costs.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Plugin is licensed, not sold. G l o w  P r o d u c t i o n s  s . r . o . retains all intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G l o w  P r o d u c t i o n s  s . r . o . shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data arising from use or misuse of the Plugin.

8. No Warranty
The Plugin is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Functionality is not guaranteed to meet specific purposes or compatibility with all systems.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Czech Republic.

10. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, Licensee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
